Our Story
JW Motorsport NZ started from a simple passion – a love for motorsport and racing.
What began as a personal passion for competing on the track grew into a bigger vision: to build a professional motorsport team that could compete, develop talent and create opportunities within New Zealand motorsport.
Established with the ambition of building a professional and competitive presence in New Zealand motorsport, JW Motorsport NZ brings together high-performance machinery, experienced drivers, emerging talent and specialist technical resources to build capabilities both on and off the track.
Our Ambition
Our ambition is to establish JW Motorsport NZ as a respected and competitive professional motorsport organisation, with strong racing capabilities and a platform that creates opportunities for drivers, customers and commercial partners.
Through active participation in national-level motorsport, we are continuing to build our capabilities across GT racing, driver coaching and driver development.
Junior Driver Development
A key part of our vision is a commitment to developing junior motorsport talent in New Zealand.
We aim to create pathways and opportunities for the next generation of drivers to progress from junior competition towards professional racing and, ultimately, towards the international motorsport stage.
From supporting a junior driver taking their first steps towards professional motorsport, our objective is to provide the professional resources, environment, guidance and opportunities needed for young drivers to develop and progess.
Driver Coaching & Racing
Through active participation in national-level motorsport, we are building professional capabilities across GT racing and driver coaching.
From coaching and supporting gentleman driver competing in GT racing, our objective is to provide the professional resources, environment, guidance and opportunities needed for drivers to develop and progess.
